You should follow 20 twenty rule means keeping face 20 inches from the computer screen and pause for next 20 minute or look around apart from computer screen. Eyes exercises also need for removing eyestrain

You computer screen should be at a 35-degree angle below eye. It is beneficial for reducing dry eye problem.
