AIDS Information

The HIV virus enters the body of a healthy person and multiplies. It cannot be destroyed by antibiotics, drugs, inoculations or alcohol. It never dies but kills the infected persons slowly and painfully. It kills the T-cells by attacking the special protein CD4 surrounding these cells. T-cells are responsible for building immunity of the body against diseases and infections. When the T-cells count falls below 600, HIV is imminent. So it kills the “Immune System” of the human body. The symptoms of HIV infection include pneumonia, headache, nausea, endless bleeding, non recovery of wounds, throat troubles fever, jaundice, weakness, lack of appetite, syphilis, and the sexually transmitted diseases.

The HIV virus enters the human body through the aforementioned routes. It could remain dormant for as long as twenty years. The infected person may never know that he has contracted the virus. Such a state called State-I is termed as HIV interaction stage. This stage can be detected if the patient is tested. He has no symptoms of the disease as the virus remains dormant.
