These days most of the people are facing stress problem. People feel too much stress due to busy life and less time for themselves. Stress problem affect everyone however stress is common in women. There are some women works in the office and they have to also look after their children due to this they feel much stress. Stress much affects women both externally and internally. There may be several types of stress like tension, headache, anxiety, depression and stomach upset. Stress puts bad affect on women’s mental health.
