Stress in Women

These days most of the people are facing stress problem. People feel too much stress due to busy life and less time for themselves. Stress problem affect everyone however stress is common in women. There are some women works in the office and they have to also look after their children due to this they feel much stress. Stress much affects women both externally and internally. There may be several types of stress like tension, headache, anxiety, depression and stomach upset. Stress puts bad affect on women’s mental health. There are some useful tips to avoid stress that help women to be free from stress.

The best way to avoid stress is women should fix a period of time for themselves. In this period they should exercise to be fit and healthy and forget all tensions about work. Indulge in activities like meeting with friends, dancing, exercise, engaging in spiritual activities, listening to relaxation tapes are very helpful to reduce stress.
