Many things are available at home that can be used as home remedies but a few people know about it. There are some healthy home remedies that can be found in kitchen cupboard.

Ginger: Ginger has been using for several years ago, it contains shogaol and gingerol. It helps contractions in the stomach neutralizes digestive acid and stop feeling sick. Take a half inch slice of ginger or ginger power a quarter of a teaspoon helps to fight against travel sickness. It is very beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and migraine. Ginger is known as good cough suppressant it is also use for fever. Some people use it into tea to avoid diseases.

Mustard: Mustard is very useful to take proper breath in the winter or if you have a cold. If you are feeling fever or headache then soaking feet in hot water with added mustard power gives much relief.

Lemon: Lemon has much vitamin C which increases activity of immune cells. It also helps protect from pain and fever.
