Actually health is real wealth of a person. Parent should teach importance of good health to their children since they are still young and when they will older already very well familiar with healthy lifestyle. There are some parents who allow to their children for eating everything even unhealthy food too. Cause of children demand for eating that. They think children are young and later they can correct their mistake but this unhealthy meal to be very harmful for health.
All parents should give knowledge about general health tips to their children. In the Children’s meal all nutrition should be add like calcium, protein, minerals and other. Parent should give training to eat healthy food and living right. Water is a very necessary mineral for good health. Drinking plenty of water protects body against skin diseases and other sick as well as it helps for proper circulation of blood in the body.
